Update Account Information

Inactive Accounts
Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts and will be deducted from the account balance.

4. Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all bets placed on Tekkabuzz. They cover all betting types — Sports Betting, Live Casino, and virtual games.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless Tekkabuzz itself cancels the match or event.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Tekkabuzz reserves the right to void the affected bets.
- In live betting, any bet placed after the outcome of an event has already been determined — due to network delay — will be voided.
- Minimum and maximum bet amounts may vary by event and category.
- If a match or event is postponed, Tekkabuzz will determine the outcome of affected bets in accordance with the applicable rules.
Odds & Results
Odds displayed on Tekkabuzz are subject to change based on market conditions. Once a bet is placed, the odds at that moment are final. Bet outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant sporting authority.
5. Payment & Withdrawal Policy
The following terms apply to all financial transactions on Tekkabuzz:
Deposit
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200.
- Instant deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Depositing using another person's payment method is not permitted.
Withdrawal
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
- Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
To prevent money laundering, Tekkabuzz monitors suspicious transactions. Additional verification may be required for unusual activity.
6. Bonus & Promotion Terms
Each bonus offer on Tekkabuzz comes with its own specific terms. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made.
- Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Bonuses that are not used within the validity period will be automatically cancelled.
- Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or categories.
- Single use: Each welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person.
If bonus abuse or a breach of terms is confirmed, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
Bonus balance and real money balance are displayed separately. When making a withdrawal, your real money balance is used first.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Tekkabuzz. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:
- Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Placing artificial bets to abuse the bonus system
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets
- Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information
- Exploiting technical glitches or errors on the platform
- Money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity
- Threatening other users or attempting to harm the platform
